What is Yeshiva?
Yeshiva is a time we set aside after our service time to learn more on our Hebraic Roots and grow together spiritually. It is a informal "classroom" style setting where everyone is welcome to share ideas on the topic for the class.
| Pastor's Class This informal "Getting to Know You" time is facilitated by Senior Pastor Bron Barkley and his wife Darlene Barkley. It is specifically designed to answer basic questions for first and second time visitors who may be considering Shalom as their Congregational home or want to know about our ministry style and format, our affirmation of faith or the Jewish roots of Christianity. |
| "The Roots & The Branches"- Intro to Jewish Roots Taught by Margot Serlin, and based on Dr. Richard Booker's book, "Roots and Branches." This class introduces the original perspective of the Messianic faith of Yeshua as it is revealed to the Jewish & Christian world. We encourage everyone, both new & established members to participate in this foundational class.
NOTE: This Class is a Pre-requisite for Advanced Jewish Roots Yeshiva class.
